Tomorrow is the big corporate holiday party we’ve been working on for weeks! So much fun to finally see it all come together. And our Crew was right there building, hanging, setting, draping all over the Park West. We had most of today to get a lot of the structural work done, and then tomorrow we come back to do the final decor accents…
including Event Producer Andrea giving the hedgehogs a final trim!
The large circular truss had to be assembled, rigged and flown up to the ceiling so the Cheshire Cat could have his perch of prominence. With wonderful help from
Michael Reed of Reed Rigging, and his crew, the truss was flying in no time!
Alice’s legs were pieced together from all sides – top, bottom & sides!!!
The stage backdrop was a three-dimensional curtain that had to be assembled in strips before it could be hung. The dimension & angles will be beautiful once some theatrical lighting gets splashed across it.
